I originally purchased the Gutter Helmet system in 2004. I needed a new roof. After that was done the gutter helmet system was acting up. You sent Stacy out, She noticed that the roofers had damaged the Gutter Helmet. I had forgotten to call Infinity to have them take the system down while the roof was being replaced so that had voiced my warranty. Stacy was able to get someone out here to repair the gutter helmet system and get it back under warranty.
