Infinity was recently able to solve a major issue for a home owner in Holland, MI. We wanted to share that story with you.
In late 2019 the customer had a leaky roof. They called a well known home improvement company to have the leaks repaired. That fix failed within the 1st year. finding no satisfaction with the original company that repaired the roof in the first place. The homeowner called Infinity Home Improvement. Our sales technician Mitch was sent out to do a thorough inspection. During that inspection Mitch Discovered rotted wood that should have been replaced during the 1st repair, this caused even more damage to an already failing roof.
Mitch and our expert craftsmen came up with a solution that would last. We built a new saddle behind the chimney, replacing all of the rotted wood and failed ice and watershield. We used our top of the line GAF ice and watershield in its place. We also reflashed the chimney using a GAF sealant to ensure there were no leaks. We also replaced the shingles with our GAF timberline HDZ shingles. The customer stated that they are extremely happy with the rescue we performed.
