Then removed the leaking flat roof replacing the wet insulation and all the rotten framing of the roof and all the plywood substrate. Then Installed a new 60 mil rubber roof. Replaced the old white vinyl rail with a new Black Aluminum Regal rail system Then Installed new gutter and downspouts
