Would have given 5 stars, and the work and product deserve 5 stars, but I think we had a newer sales person who understood the product but not the mechanics of installing it. The space where we were thinking of putting it was too small for installer to get into and work. Thus we went to plan "B" which involved cutting access holes in the two knee walls. This went smoothly and quickly. Haven't noticed a big difference in heating bills, but have noticed that the snow on the roof doesn't melt like it did before, so we must not be losing heat thru the roof like before.
