So nice to have a company that follows through on their promises!First of all, I'm not sure who I spoke to I the phone before your agent came to take a look at my roof, but she was awesome. It's that first person on the phone that determines whether or not a sales rep can even get in the door. She was so nice, and she had a way of making things more personal. She was really easy to converse with (and you should make sure she is paid WELL so that nobody can steal her away from the company.) The sales rep was fine, everything went smoothly, and he showed up when he said he would, etc. Then the contractor came, and I was a bit nervous. Due to working extreme hours, I left a couple notes on the door with phone numbers, if they needed to reach me. Then I held my breath. I knew they were SUPPOSED to be there, but some companies say they will be there and then never show. I didn't want a note hanging around broadcasting that I was away. The contractors came when they were supposed to, and worked very independently. The only little hang up is that they were shorted 1 piece of metal. They've already dropped off the piece and it should be up in a day or two (if they didn't already do it... I've not been home since 4:30am). They were really friendly, and so unlike other companies. (During a siding job with Hansens it took them over 2 months to complete the job... They cancelled several times for "POTENTIAL RAIN"... Not rain, but because it MIGHT rain that day.) I sure wish I knew of your company when it was time to get my house sided. I would definitely recommend you to others needing their roof replaced.

I approached Infinity Home Improvement because the gutter protection we had done in the past did not work well on our home. I did some research and found that Gutter Helmet had the quality and warranty we were looking for.   Infinity Home Improvement helped by their quick response and helpful office staff.   The result is just how I thought it would be, The Gutter Helmet system is working wonderful. They did a great job installing on my home.   One think I likes was the fact that Gutter Helmet has a life time warranty.   I found the experience went rather smooth. Infinity Home Improvement took care of everything from the time we shook hands to the day they were done installing the Gutter Helmet.   I would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to all my friends and family

Excellent service!  I recently had gutters installed on my home. Before this, I had water drip lines on all sides of my home...needless to say I was looking for the best products for the best price and came across infinity home improvement...I filled out the info online and got a call back the same day to have someone come over and check out my home for gutters. He came out the next day showed me the product and it was the best fit for my home. A couple of days later, and different guy came out and installed my gutters to the exact length and asked me where I would like the downspouts. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. So far I am very happy with my gutters.

Eight years later, we are still happy with the products that Infinity installed.  After struggling for years to keep our roof gutters clean, we finally decided to call and do something about it. We talked to roofers from a couple of different companies, and one offered to do the job for less than Infinity Home Improvement, but we decided to go with the best.  We're sure glad we did.  Eight years later, we are still satisfied with our Gutter Helmet.Overall Experience 5/5 stars!

Excellent service!  From the salesman who showed us everything available, to the completed walk-in shower installed, it was perfection! All were very professional. We are enjoying the new walkin shower so much, even though I was reluctant to give up my bathtub! Not sorry at all. The BEST!

They did a beautiful job!  He was on time.  He cleaned up and left no speck behind.  Was impressed by how it only took him under 5 hours to complete job.  I would refer you to my friends and family...especially that installer!
