 Sales rep was very educational and thorough. The installers were polite and did their work without disruption. Only drawback was sales rep pressed you for a commitment on site in order to get the discount- you didn't have the option to "think on it" and get back to them. Further once the sale was made, they seem to "vanish" for about 6 weeks and then all of a sudden call you to say "we'll be there tomorrow!"- so it made it tricky to schedule. But the work was done well.

Communication could have been better as there was a schedule delay and I had initiate contact to find out when they were coming. However, the office staff was friendly and the installation quality was excellent. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

When they put a new roof on my house, it was done very quick and clean.  They also did a tremendous job of cleaning up the old roofing materials.  I would recommend them to anyone for home improvement jobs.

Your installation team did an awesome job. Dave and Dale Brownley were extremely professional. My window was a huge installation, but they were able to get the job done with minimal problems. I appreciate the workmanship and my house looks fabulous. Guess we won’t be moving anytime soon, our place looks great. Thanks again.
