Stairs made from slabs of stone became a little too rough for elderly Mother to get up and down. Infinity Home Improvement using the Regal rail system, added a continuous rail for her to grasp and stay safe.
A loving family had a cement walkway in front of their house with steps and wanted a brand new deck with railings in place of the old walkway.
In order to do that, we decided to replace their cement walkway with treated lumber steps and railings with 4-1/4" rise per step vs the 8-10" concrete steps and landing. This made the steps easier to navigate safely even for children to climb.
We also decided to bring up the landing height up to the bottom of the entry door, eliminating the tripping hazard that was previously 9" before.
Now the homeowners have a new deck and railings that also added value to their wonderful home.
The home owner in Zeeland MI had a deck in the front of the home that was rotting and the boards were warping and coming loose making the deck an eye score. The customer reached out to Infinity Home Improvement. They sat down with Mitchell to discuss the project. The customer wanted the deck replaced with new treated wood boards and frame, and wanted the deck in exactly the same 6 x 17 ground level shape as they had before. And that is exactly what the customer got from Infinity Home Improvement.
A retired, male homeowner just moved into his new home. He wanted to enhance the curb appeal of his home by replacing the front and back stoop with a deck or porch. He was uncertain of the specifics of the deck design and size. Luckily, our amazing team was able to provide the guidance and assistance to help design that is perfectly suited to the homeowner’s needs and preferences.
After the project was completed, now the homeowner has a brand new, well-designed deck. Now his deck will be able to provide the room and space for his furniture for the outdoors. It not only improves the aesthetics of the home, it also provided a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. It even increased the value of his home and reduce the maintenance efforts compared to the previous traditional stoop.
The customers provided us a project to recreate their outdoor entry deck. We began with the removal of the old existing entry stairs and replaced them with a waterfall deck and stair system giving the home a new polished look.
Removing the old stairs gave the homeowners accessibility to place chairs on the first deck level to provide a comfortable view. We then added a second landing and altered the direction of the stairs for the final appealing new entry deck.
