Thank you for reaching out to us in regards the Gutter Helmet work you completed on our home. My wife and I really liked how you followed up about a week after the project was completed.  We approached Infinity Home Improvement because we had gutter helmet installed on our home 25 years ago. And I do have to say that this is the best product for your gutters. The quality and durability speaks for itself. It is a little costly, but we feel it is worth it.  In 2019 my wife and I decided that we were going to put additional gutters and guards on the garage and back of the home. We contacted Infinity Home Improvement and within a couple days Stacey was out to help us with our project. She is a kind and professional person. We really enjoyed working with her.  Then in the fall we decided to finish up the home with Infinity Home Improvement. We feel that Infinity Home Improvement helped us by keeping us off the ladder as we are getting older. The gutter helmet system works fantastic. It keeps the gutters flowing all year. When the leaves start to fall we no longer worry about our gutters backing up. We found the entire experience to be hassle free. The installer Dave got to our home, He let us know he was here. He worked in the cold and he worked hard and got the work done. He kept us informed on what he was doing and why. When he was done he had me come out to look and make sure there was no mess left behind. The result is great. Just as we expected My wife and I would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to all our friends and family.

Communication could have been better as there was a schedule delay and I had initiate contact to find out when they were coming. However, the office staff was friendly and the installation quality was excellent. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

I approached Infinity Home Improvement because the gutter protection we had done in the past did not work well on our home. I did some research and found that Gutter Helmet had the quality and warranty we were looking for.   Infinity Home Improvement helped by their quick response and helpful office staff.   The result is just how I thought it would be, The Gutter Helmet system is working wonderful. Excellent service!  I recently had gutters installed on my home. Before this, I had water drip lines on all sides of my home...needless to say I was looking for the best products for the best price and came across infinity home improvement...I filled out the info online and got a call back the same day to have someone come over and check out my home for gutters. He came out the next day showed me the product and it was the best fit for my home. A couple of days later, and different guy came out and installed my gutters to the exact length and asked me where I would like the downspouts. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. So far I am very happy with my gutters.
