Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Complete tear off of the old shingle. Replaced with a metal roof. 

Our customer hated standing in the rain to unlock the front door, the solution our sales rep offered while quoting the reroof of their home was to add a dormer over the entry way. Now it not only keeps our customers dry, but it adds to the curb appeal of the home. We also did a GAF Golden Pledge roof, giving the customer a true 50 year warranty on materials and labor. 

This home had leaky skylights. The customer did not want to replace the skylights but fill in the holes the removal would leave, as a option our representative suggesting adding the Windowed Dormers as to not lose the light and add appeal to the front of the home. The customer loved the idea and decided to move forward with the project.
