The cedar spindles were decaying and coming loose from the posts. Railing was not as solid as the homeowner would like.
We Replaced 2 posts, and added framing and black steel spindles.
A customer had approached us with an old, stained sunroom roof that persistently leaks despite attempts to solve it with caulking. With understanding the urgency of the issue, we provided a solution that will prevent the leaks to happen again.
We executed the installation of new OSB over the existing metal sunroom roof. To ensure for protection against the leaks, we applied two layers of a runner self-sticking underlayment that overlaps at the seams for added security.
Then finally, we applied a Charcoal self-stick finishing top sheet. This also adds for security as it was overlapping the seams.
This ended up with three layers of rubber roofing guards to their sunroom roof. Our customer can now enjoy a weather-resistant and durable solution against future leaks.
Replaced a 14 year old wood deck with a composite duralife deck. Also replaced the sub structure. Handrails and 2 sets of stairs.
A well-planned deck design can transform your yard into an area for relaxation and entertaining. A deck is also an affordable way to expand your living space. Picked cedar for the deck It’s a durable wood that is naturally resistant to rot, decay and insect attacks, and resists moisture absorption, so it tends to last longer, needs less maintenance, and doesn’t warp or split as easily
The old wood deck was starting to fall apart. We replaced with a treated wood deck. The customer wants to stain the deck.
